I did one of the kickboxing workouts today..it was so fun and free on the TV...So cool!

I took 1 session of kickboxing in school and I absolutely loved it... Talk abut a great workout!!!!!! I was sweating immediately! I wanted to join in one, but I wanted someone to go with

if you lived closer id go! It was great..i teach spinning and run a lot but this was such a different workout for me...i loved it

that is cool, i did kickboxing but i had to stop b/c i have really bad lower back problem. Butit is really fun,
