ANYONE USING BACKGROUND LIGHTING? IF SO WHO? PRICING? DON'T WANT ANYTHING CRAZY. JUST ONE COLOR VERY BASIC.

See if your DJ or florist offers any uplighting. Maybe they will work it into your package somehow.

our DJ is doing it - my FH works for them so they are going a little nuts for our wedding - they just started doing uplighting this year so im glad they are getting lots of practice before our wedding....im not sure how expensive it is but i am assuming it would def be cheaper to have a DJ instead of a lighting company....here is a pic from one of the first times my FH did the uplighting - this couple had the colors changing but he set it on blue for me to see b/c that is what we are doing for our wedding....
we got ours through our dj. we paid a good chunk of change for it but we loooooooooved it. they do all the colors for no extra charge. it doesnt really matter if you want one or two or more. the price doesnt change because the colors are already built in.

we are doing this as well, they are called kinetics and we are having our dj do it, starlight express

our florist is doing the uplighting, it will be fuscia pink and i believe he charged us $1500

Same here! We got a great deal and we are lighting up the huge room at CHCC....def. check him out! He will try and work with your budget

I believe my florist is going to do some lighting...it's kind of expensive so I didn't want too much.
