I started working for the company where I work now on January 1st, as of last month they were bought out by a bigger company. Many changes are being made daily and now the biggest drop CFO resigned..everyone is fearing their jobs are in jeopardy. Dam it I just started, I need this job, wedding is in less than 4 months practically.. I’ll ride it out see what happens but the uncertainty kills me.
I’m in Credit & Collections..anyone know of openings

Hun, I totally understand how you feel....I work for a hedge fund in human resources and we're constantly downsizing and I was just downsized and I'm being let go at the end of the month...the job market is brutal. Hopefully, everything will be ok for you! I'm sending good thoughts and prayers your way!

I've just gone through the same thing here at work...we even layed off about 6% of our global employee base. It's scary, but stick it out since you are getting married in a short time. Do you work in the city or the island? FM me because I know a great person who might help you.

im so sorry. i hate when that happens with companies. it happened to me back about 3 years ago, and i was also doing collections., i wish i was still in that feild that i could help you but im not anymore. Good luck i hope everything works out for you.
