Lilac and silver

Lilac and silver

Any one else using these colors? What are the groomsmen wearing? I need help i don't know what they should wear.

Those sound like very pretty colors, but if it was me, I wouldn't try and 'match' the groomsmen - let them wear standard black tux or maybe very understated silvery vest. Anything else would seem too prom-y to me.

I am doing a wood violet and was back and forth about the vest colors- at first I was going to have them in a platnum color, but I did end up going with a purplish shade- and to me it doesn't look promish- we left out the cumberbun (jk). ha. It is a darker shade though, so it looks more classy. It has a herringbone vest with a solid tie- I think it looks nice. We got them at After Hours- they also have a shade there that is a very light lilac, but is irredescent, so it looks more on the silver end- that you might like! We are having our fathers wear the silver.

So, I think it is just what you think! Oh, my FH is wearing ivory in the same style :)

I saw a guy in a white vest with a silver tie and it looked very nice.

My husbands best man and ring bearer wore a gray vest and my DH wore a platinum vest.

We did purple and silver. The BMs dress were a victorian lilac color with silver accents, and the GMs wore black tuxes with silver vests (not shiny) and ties. I don't have the pics here at work, but if you search for pics i've posted of my wedding, you can find them.
