so i have been callign for 2 weeks and they keep on telling me they will call me back and never do
same thing today - they told me to call back so i can schedule my fitting and i did and they tell me there phones still aren't hooked up - i don't give a shhhiittt you still dont call me back
update****they finally called and my fitting is scheduled for the 30th

Me neither. I didn't have a good experience with their customer service although. I have heard wonderful things about Geri but she wasn't available when I went.
