Re: Lillette's
I am not sure about pictures at this shop. But I know at Davids Bridal they dont allow pictures. My MOH was able to take pictures with her camera phone without anyone knowing. Also you can try and sneak pictures in dressing rooms (usually they are large rooms).

Why don't places let you take pictures?

b/c they think that you will try to find the dress elsewhere at a lower price. IMO it doesnt make much sense but whatever.

Lillettes is near my house. I'm crashing on Sunday . Just kidding. Don't be nervous, when you get a gown on, it all sems sooooooooooo real. I loved trying on gowns, even though I only tried on 3. It was fun though.

Re: Lillette's
Hi, I ordered my dress from lillettes a few weeks ago. If you can try to ask for Geri to help you. She is great and knows what she is doing. I saw other ladies helping other brides and they didnt seem as friendly and helpful. Have fun!!!!

I know Burton's would not allow me to take pics of me in my gown until I put some money down....

I got mine at Macy's and they would not allow me to take Pic's until I signed the paper and paid.
Majority of places won't let you take pic's.

There is camera phones tell whoever you are with to pretend they are making a call and take a pic. Obviously turn the sound and flash off if there is one.

Re: Lillette's
you can take a pic once you buy the dress- and you can take pictures at davids bridal-- the girl there told me we could- and we did! I got my dress at Lillette's - I had Gerry and she was fantastic!!!!!!

Re: Lillette's
Lillettes was really helpful, but I too was not allowed to take pictures. There were too many dresses that I liked that I am now trying to remember what they looked like. I guess that means that I haven't found 'the one' yet I will go back in the next few weekends to reevaluate!!!!
