Do you need an appointment? My mom swears you dont, but I am assuming you need an appointment at any bridal salon
My sis got her dress there when she was getting married and she made an appointment.
I tried on dresses at Lillettes and my mom told me the same thing - that we didn't need an appointment. So we went in without one and it was completely fine. We went in the morning so there werent' many other customers.
I made appointments but I went during a Saturday afternoon... I'm sure if you went during a slower time you wouldn't need one.
I think if you want to see a specific person, you might want to make an appointment, but other than that the atmosphere is pretty lax in there. I showed to my first appointment over a 1/2 hour late, and they still stayed with me for over 2 hours.

I would make one. Especially if it's on a weekend. When I was there on a Sunday, it was packed and a couple girls walked in without an appointment. They had to turn them away because there was no one to help.

It depends on the day you are going.....I made appointments almost everytime I went to any bridal store because you want all the help you can get and don't really want to share with 10 other brides either.....
