Lillettes

Hi girls...I just went to pick up the remaining bridesmaid dress and guess what....Kathy the owner lied to me. She said she contacted the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do about the dress because there wasn't any difference from the swatch.....How the hell does the company know ...Did Bill Levkoff himself walk into Lillettes to match the swatch to the dress? I even called the manufacturer myself to explain the problem and they had no record of Lillettes even calling them. Plus they wanted to help but it would take them 4 weeks to get new dresses in which would be cutting it to close. The sales lady at levkoff even went to check o see if they might have had the dress in another color in stock....but she didn't I just can't believe how discusting there service is....they are as sweet as pie until they get your money...then they can't be bothered with you. Just want to let you all know how awful and inconsiderate they were to me so that the same thing doesn't happen to you.
And if u do go in don't forget to mention my post....I want them to know how unhappy I am!

I am very sorry to hear you are so unhappy about it. I am sure with georgous flowers and maybe a wrap, you all will look great. Who knows they might photograph so pretty (my FSIL had very pastel pink for the MOH and it was too light in the pics)

I cannot belive how they are treating you!!!! That is such Bull****! I have told every bride I know to stay away from them! I think that is the worst business ethics I have ever heard of! Good luck to you I really hope it all works out for you. I will give you hugs also

have you tried calling rk bridal to see what they can do? i know my BM dresses came in in a very short period of time. very short. maybe they can do something for you with new dresses.

I haven't purchased my dress, MOH or flowergirl dresses yet but I KNOW that Lillette's will not be getting my business! How dare they compound the problem by lying!
