Lillette's

I went to Lillette's last night for my girls to get fitted for their BM dresses. I was disgusted by CAROL, the woman that helped us. Originally when I went to look at the BM dresses, Donna helped us and she was AMAZING! She's also the owner. Carol was nasty to my girls and even made an outrageous comment to my best friend about HER wedding dress telling her that she paid too much money by going to another salon!!!!!! We had some time before the last girl arrived so we all were looking at the dresses in the back and she started yelling at us for putting the dresses back WHERE WE FOUND THEM. I was so embarrassed that my friends were spoken to like that - I plan on calling this morning and complaining to the owner, which is something I would really never do. I'm actually nauseous just thinking about it, but I think it needs to be brought to their attention so no one else has to go through it.

I still plan on going there for my dress only because the owner made such a wonderful first impression and went out of her way to help me the first time. She was just a genuinely nice person, but I will definitely NOT be working with Carol. DO NOT SUGGEST WORKING WITH HER AT ALL!!!

this is so awful!! definitely call and complain - no one should be treated like this!

I'm sorry you had that experience there! I didn't buy any of my dresses from there, but we looked there a few times at BM dresses and they were wonderful. I'm not the type who needs to be shown dresses, I can look and find myself, and they left me and two of my BMs to scour the racks by ourselves, no complaints.

My best friend also got her dress and our BM dresses there last summer and we had a pleasant experience.

It sucks when a few bad employees can ruin the way you see a store!
