lillettes brides and picking up gown

how long before the wedding does lillettes ask you to pick up your gown?
i'd like to pick it up the day before.
we live out of state, and im highly allergic to animals, and we are staying at FH moms from tuesday to thursday, then im moving into the hotel for our friday wedding. they have a dog and a cat, so i refuse to have my dress in there house AT ALL. i'd rather pick it up Thursday and take it straight to the hotel.
do you think i can do that?

I picked mine up 4 days before (Tuesday for a Saturday wedding). I think you can only pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I didn't want to risk doing it two days before.
