Terrible! I wouldn't go back! Out of all of the salons I went to, Lillettes was my least favorite...but I DID find 'my dress' there. So, I guess something good came out of it. I just ordered the dress in another salon.

My experience has been great. I worked with Geri and I've already had 2 fittings and everything has been wonderful.

My sister and her friend both bought dresses there...and had great experiences.

I had wonderful experiences there all the way through the whole process ... from trying on my dress, to ordering it, to fittings, to picking it up.

I worked with Carol, she was very patient and helpful!

I honestly wasnt all that impressed when I went there. I told the salesgirl (dont recall her name, she had dark hair in her 40's) what type of dresses I was looking for - something tight, mermaid/trumpet style. She kept bringing me A-lines, and other fits. I was like, let me go grab some dresses, she was like No, these would look great on you. IT was a waste of time IMO.

I love it so far... I have been working with Gerri and she was able to find THE DRESS for me!!! Sooooo happy with her so far!!

i had a great experience there all the way though the process (trying on to alterations!) i worked with christina and she was great!

I had a great experience with them. They worked with me when I had an issue with my dress. I couldn't been happier with their service.

I loved it - I worked with Gerri...she measured so perfectly that my dress needed ZERO alterations!!! gotta love that

I was a little skeptical when I walked in there bc it looks a bit old but I got past that and had a great experience! I worked with Christina, shes so nice and helpful. She said shes been working there forever! I found my dress there! They definately let you look through the dresses, thats how I picked mine. The prices are amazing! There will always be good/bad reviews about every place so you have to just go and see for yourself! I personally think that you get the attitude you give out, so If your nice youll get that in return! I feel that way with all the planning! Good Luck!!

I had an awful experience. they were completely unprofessional and actually tried to sabotage me getting my dress elsewhere at a better price. disgusting.

I have only great things to say about this place and I absolutly love Gerri-she is the greatest. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, it was the first place I went and Gerri found me the most perfect dress. It was actually the first dress I tried on. Make sure to ask for Gerri, she really is the best there!!
