limo company recommendations?

limo company recommendations?

We're looking to book our limos next! I already posted on the Vendors Helping Brides forum.

Please recommend companies that have reasonable prices and superior customer service. I want them to be on time, clean, with professional drivers, and every feature of the car working (and not broken). We'd like a separate car for FH and me, too, but it MUST have good air conditioning, as our wedding is in August!

Also, please post or FM me about any companies with which you have had problems. I find that sort of information very helpful as well.

Thank you very much!

We booked through Serenity. The guy was awesome and gave us a good deal. In the wedding business, it is hard to find someone who is honest, and they were. Shocking but true!

We just used them and had a GREAT experience. This was definitely one of our nicest vendors. Their drivers went way above and beyond in service! They were on time, very nice, and did extra things that was not their job.

When we found out the we had to clean up the rose petals from the floor of the Church, we called the florist and canceled that with them (we were going to have rose petals going down the 2 sides of the aisle runner at the Church). Well the florist still did it even after I told them not to, so I did not have anyone or anything to clean that up. My friend said she would stay behind and take care of it, so she did. Our limo driver got right in their with her and got a pan and broom and helped her clean up while we were outside taking pictures. That was SO nice of him. He also was the one to remember to put my veil over my face right before I walked down the aisle. I totally forgot as well as my bridesmaid's, so when I got to the door with my dad he remembered and did it for me. He also saw how DH flipped over the limo that came to the house to get him (DH loved this car!!!!!!!!!), so instead of sending a town car to pick us up at the end of the night (that is what was promised to us), they sent that limo. We were so surprised and extremely happy!

Their service was excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone (as well as use them again). They were a little more than other companies (not much), but the service was worth the extra money to us. I was so happy with them. I can't say it enough.

Good Luck

We booked with Cruise Control in Lindenhurst. Their cars are garaged and their prices were decent. The owner is very nice and I trust them. I happend to be booking with them in their office and as I was sitting there I saw a thank you pic of a past bride/groom on their bulletin board and it turned out to be my cousin. That's when I felt even more confident in them.

They have a showroom in Lindenhurst and every Wednesday night they have a showcase.

Good luck in whoever you decide to go with.

I have to agree. I used them for my October wedding and they were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had three limos (two of them shuttling guests to and from the parking area to the ceremony). Eddie, the owner, was my driver the day of and he stopped by my house early to check and see if I was okay. My BP had a total blast with John (their driver), and my mother reported professional and courteous service from her limo. They sent a white stretch to take us home from the hotel the morning after the wedding (I completely expected a town car, although the type of car was never discussed). Harold - that driver was just as wonderful as the others.

My review has more details about Serenity, but I have no problem recommending them to any bride.
