Limo Gratuity

We are trying to figure out tips. Our limo contract with Royalty does not include gratuity. So we have to give 20% but we have a rolls a lincoln and a limobus and then 2 limos picking up at the end of the night.

Any ideas what the best way to split up the 20% is? Give more to the day driver less to the pick ups??

TIA
