I am completely clueless as to how to figure out how many limos I want, and what type to choose. Is it necessary to have 2 separate limos, one to take the men to the church, and then another to take the ladies? I was contemplating having 1 large stretch take the men, then come back and pick up the ladies, but my parents thinks that looks cheap? (It also depends on where the men are gathered in relation to where the ladies are gathered - I'm not sending the limo all over LI to do this.) I also sort of wanted to get a Rolls Royce for just me and my FH, but then we'd have 3 limos total (if we have separate cars take the men and the ladies). ACK! I don't know what to do!

Re: Limo Help
I'm having 3 limo's. I wanted to get one big limo for the guys and have them dropped at the church and then swing around and get my girls but it's impossible bc I'm in Queens and the guys are out on the island as is the church. I don't think it looks cheap.
So I'm getting 1-Rolls 1-pick up/drop off 10 seat limo for the girls 1-20 seat Cadi Escalade for the guys.
After the ceremony the bridal party will all go in the Cadi.

Re: Limo Help
Hi there! I am getting one limo and an antique car. The limo will pick the guys up and bring them to the church and then it will come to my house and get the girls. My dad and I will ride in the antique car. I don't think it looks cheap. My limo place actually suggested this idea. I think it's pretty common. Happy planning!

Re: Limo Help
I don't think it's necessary unless ur FH wants it...most weddings i go to the guys drive themselves...DH & I however wanted both the men & the ladies to have a limo ride...as for how many, it totally depends on how close u & FH's homes are....both me & DH(fh at the time) were no more than 10minutes away from the church...so we had one limo take the guys, drop them off, then come & get us. We then had a huge party bus take all of us to the reception..which was awesome because we had a huge BP, plus we had about a 50min. ride...so it was great to be able to have room to stretch, walk around, and even go to the bathroom if we wanted. If we would've all piled into the excursion it would've been really REALLY tight. anyways, hope that helped! good luck

Re: Limo Help
ps: it doesnt look cheap because if u do this, the guys will most likely get to the church before anyone anyways...and how will ur guests even know it's the same limo?? believe me - NOONE will be paying attention to that sort of stuff.

Re: Limo Help
one more thing! lol. if u wanna have an antique car for just u & ur parents, u can also consider having one BIG limo pick up the girls, then the guys & then bring them all together to the church...then go along with ur parents in the antique.
