Ok, so I want the bridal party, me and FH to all be in the same limo from the church to the hall. I'm trying to figure out how this will work logistically, and I'm wondering if the SUV limos will be a tight fit...
Our BP is 7 grown men, 2 of whom have TREMENDOUS broad shoulders, 8 adult women, a 12 year old girl, me and FH. So, that's 18 people.
I talked to Sir Oliver, but they said that the 24 passenger limo they have is a few years old and they're replacing it with a 20 passenger. Do you think that will be a really tight fit, considering we have 18 people? I know sometimes when they list the # of passengers they're really exaggerating.
I was hoping for an SUV limo rather than a limo bus.
Help! What should I do?

Re: Limo Help Needed
Call Joe from Camelot - he'll bend over backwards to help you in the best way possible & not try and sell you things you don't need!
They may have a more up to date SUV option as well!

There are 20-22 passenger cars that will accomodate you. Try Clear Choice Limo or Camelot. Both have great prices and what you are looking for!

Actually - think they overstate the size alot. We looked at a 10 passenger for 6 adults and 3 kids and it was way too small - we are getting at least 12

I agree--call Joe from Camelot! We met with him the other night and he's awesome! I'm sure he'll do whatever he can to help you and he's very upfront and honest.

Most limo companies will tell you how many they seat and then how many they seat comfortably. I would call and ask them. I would say a 20 passenger would be too small. Being there are 17 adults I think it would be a tight fit.

Ok, but what do you girls think about this? I already spoke to Joe from Camelot and his price was MUCH better. But - I am getting married in Suffolk - and not even Western Suffolk. Church is in Port Jeff and reception in Sayville. Joe is in New Hyde Park - Western Nassau. I'm getting married on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Do you think I'm setting myself up for disaster - will my limos all end up late b/c of Labor Day traffic? This is my NIGHTMARE and is the ONLY REASON I haven't booked Camelot. Am I being an idiot?

We have a 22 passenger Escalade. Call Joe from Camelot. He also has a Hummer. Not sure exactly what you are looking for.

If I were you - I would be worried about that too- but again - if i were you....i'd speak to Joe about the concern. I'm sure he'll arrange to have his guys there early if anything. This is what they do for a living....
I read a LOT of reviews before making our choice and found not one bad thing about Camelot. Vocie your concerns to him & see what he has to say. They have been in business long enough to know how long to leave for traffic on a holiday weekend!
