does the groom get picked up by the limo at his house first?

well i guess it depends on your situation but in most, yes, the groom is first i believe.

We are having two cars, so one is picking FH, his parents and his GM's up, and the other is picking up me, my parents, and my BM's.

yes, ours is picking up groom/GM dropping them at church and then coming to my house to get the BMs with the 2nd car for me and dad.

in our case, FH and his guys might be getting ready right across the street from church... if thats the case then no... if not, then the party bus will be picking them up and bringing them to the church, then it will come and get my girls and bring them to the church

In my case the limo won't be able to do both of us because of the time it would take to get back to me and then to the church. FH is hitching his own ride to the church because he said he'd rather save the $$$ than get an extra limo. Who knows though, as we get closer I might call to look into getting one for him also.
