I have been noticing that most companies offer a 3 hour wedding package which would be great for us if we were taking pics at Jericho Terrace, but we are considering Westbury Gardens now. Which means we'd prob need limos for 5 hours? Tell me if this makes sense. If our ceremony is at 3 (which I am working on moving it up now from 3:30), I feel I'd like to get to the church about a half hour before to be able to get settled and breathe before we all have to go right down the aisle. Is that the usual? So, we'd need to be picked up around 2, ceremony and pics at the church would take hour and a half I'd say then pics at OWG, I'd think we'd need the limos until 7. So 5 hours, does that sound right? Just wondering what past brides have done, bc the prorated rates for extra hours can def add up and we had budgeted 2000, car for parents, rolls royce for us, and 2 lincoln limos for BP (cheaper than one party bus even though I love the bus idea).
Also I had def been considering Royalty since they are a JT vendor but now I'm hearing good things about Camelot as well, any opions on either?
TIA so much!

well, i'm using camelot. the guy, joe, was so awesome and really worked with us to give us all that we wanted in our tiny tiny budget. our wedding's not until June 26th, but joe made it easy to decide to go with camelot. plus, he spent over 2 hours with us and is very honest. good luck! JMO

Re: Limo Help Please
I had been playing phone and e-mail tag with Joe from Camelot for the past week. I finally got to speak with him in detail last night. He really seems like a great person to work with and really seemed to be trying to get me the best deal possible. I have an appointment set up to go see his cars next week. The price he gave me was great, better than any of the others I've seen.
I haven't decided just yet though, b/c one of our GM's fathers drives limos for a living. We're not sure what company, or if he just drives on his own, so we're still trying to figure that out.
But I would recommend at least speaking to Joe from Camelot. He seems like a genuinely good guy.

yeah they are mostly all 3 hour packages, but what they do is they charge you per hour when you go past the 3 hours. So look at what the price is per hour for the limo's you want and add the 2 hours to figure out the prices. MOST limo's at Royalty were about $125 or $150 per hour extra, so figure about $250-300 extra you will pay per limo.
I also used royalty and had to do it for a 6 hours actually about. Also didnt take pics at JT and had limo's come pick up dh around 1:30pm and drop us off around 7-7:30pm but ended up arriving at 7pm at JT.
ETA: IF you book Royalty at a JT bridal show you get 25% off

i did look at a few other places BUT i wanted a party bus, we had 22 ppl in our bp so we needed it plus us with them on the bp after ceremony. I liked ROyalty's and all-star's party buses alot and then ended up with Royalty. Helped that we got the 25% off lol and also a JT vendor. Plus our florist talked to him at the show and told him take care of us.
THey were AMAZING the day of, dh was calling me while i was getting make up done to keep telling me how awesome the limo driver is lol. He even tipped him ALOT which i couldnt believe it when he told me after lol. But our limo drivers were real cool and just great. SHowed up early, helped out in the church. And were on topof their game and even showed up early to dh's house to help the guys out with stuff.
And yes you also do get a free limo pick up that you can use that night or day after. Most limo companies offer this though

So, for the 25% off, will it still count if I meet with them beforehand to have a more formal sitdown and then book at a showcase, or does my first meeting and booking have to be at a JT showcase in order to get the discount, just wondering....
