LIMO --- Please help!

I have to admit, I don't know where to start planning for the transportation of the day of the wedding. It's because I am SO clueless about how limo company charge.

So, could you tell me how limo co. charges work. Does it matter how many stops it makes? Also when co. say X hrs minimum, what does that mean?

Please educate me on this topic

Additional Q: So are they all packages?

I haven't started with Limo's yet, but I think most have wedding packages based on 3 hours or 3 1/4 hours. Prices depend on what you want....One limo? Rolls Royce for you?

Our limos are for 3 hours and after that you pay overtime. We specified the original pick up, then to church, then to pictures and then to the hall.

our limo package was set up that there was a price for each car and that price was for 3 hours. If you go over three hours there is a overtime per hour per car.

Hope that helps!

This may sound very dumb but when you say three hours, does that mean from the time of pick up to drop off??

Not stupid at all!! Yes, I believe it means from the time they pick you up for ceremony or pics whatever you are doing first to the time they drop you off at reception hall. They do not wait for you at the reception hall, some companies do send a car to pick you up afterwards.....others don't. So you would have to figure out how your getting wherever your going after it's all over. Does that help?

First go to the limo place or on their website and decide which vehicles you want. Then you tell them which cars you want. They will ask where your church is, where you are going for pics, how you want to arrange the pic ups, etc. and help you figure out which time package would work and they give you a price based on that. They should help you work everything out - all you need to decide is which cars you want. I had no clue either! Definitely check out Sir Oliver when you are ready.
