limo price confusion

ok im knew to this wedding stuff and have a question

why is that a 6hr limo to any where on any nite is 4-6 hundred dollars? and only 3 hours for a wedding is 4-6 hundred dollars? it seems that they are ripping people off, theyre still performing the same service.

are they performing extra service that i dont know about. just dont get it

Honestly, it's because it's for a wedding and they know they can get the money for it. That's what it boils down to. Just like anything for a wedding is more expensive than what it would be on any other day. Keep searching though, there are some vendors that are cheaper than others. Try Primo limosuines. They are a vendor on here and have really good prices! Also Camelot and Sir Oliver are known to be good as well.

Good luck!

It also has to do with the fact that weddings are typically held on weekends, which is also a time when many people may want to hire a limo for other events. They are basically charging you a premium for your choice of time. If, let's say, you were going to have your wedding on a Wed night, the charge would be (or should be) considerably lower. It's basically the same reason why a hall is more expensive on weekends than during the week.

Hope this helps.
