Re: Limo Prices

Thanks Girls..heres my dilemma :)....

i live in east meadow..we are planning on taking pictures at Northport harbor if nice--for about an hour to an hour and a half or so...(if it rains, not sure...any suggestions here would be helpful)

then go to larkfield for about 45 min before ceremony for more pics..

therefore...i need a limo to take me and BP (3 people) from my house to pic location...i think female family members would come with us also? After pictures, i would need limo to take females and males (3 in BP and fam) to Larkfield.

Therefore, i only have about 3 hours passing..and dont need fancy, or a lot. I wasnt even going to do limos, just dont know another way around it because i dont want people going back and forth to hotel or having to worry about driving..
so any limo help or help with picture locations in general would be helpful! Thanks :)

Whose going in your Limo? How is FH and BP getting there? What about immediate fam?

Thanks so much!

Re: Limo Prices

What kind of prices did you get from Joe? I called him and he seemed high. When I told him I got a better price but liked him better he told me there was no way I got a better price and that the other company probably didnt have the cars available? I asked him if he could do better and he didnt even try.

My wedding is June so I am being told to book because of other weddings and proms. I am starting to get worried.

I am using Camelot. I am having a 12 person Navigator pick up FH, his groomsman and my dad from the hotel (Fox Hollow) and bringing them to CHCC where we are taking pictures. Then the same limo is coming to my house and picking up me, my BM and my mom and bringing us to CHCC. Then the limo is leaving. We are spending under $500

I was quoted 600 bucks to take my bridal party 2.68 miles to and from the hotel! I thought that was a bit much. Am I just out of touch with limo prices?

You also may be getting higher quotes because you are getting married during prom time!

It was for a nav. I know that is possible. UGH Is anyone providing transportation for the bridal parties guests/significant others?

ugh I'm having the same problem. Camelot quoted me $750+a $65 just to pick us up bring us to our photo location for an hour then drop us off at the RH - it's only a 15 min drive...

I'm about to give up

Me too! My fiance thinks there is plenty of time! I dont its wedding season and prom season! I would pay someone to take care of this for me! To top it off if I get 10 rooms reserved then I get a shuttle so I wont need return but that is 9 months away how on earth to I commit when I dont know if I will need it!
What was the 750 for? I was told by someone that I should be careful about a limo company saying they can do drop off and pick up during such a busy time!
I cant take it!

I called Camelot as well and they gave me a good price for a 12-13 passenger limo $450.00 +tax for October of next year. But when I went to Wedding Connection (Wedding Boutique) who is affiliated with Cruise Control Limos they gave me an even better price.. $554.00 includes tax and tip so I went with them.

I know how you feel! We were planning on taking pictures at Westbury Gardens before hand. Is it weird that I want it to be just us and then pictures with everyone at my venue? I thought it would be ni ce and intimate with just us!
