I need help, i have no idea what limos are supposed to cost which means I would have no clue if I would be getting a good deal or ripped off....
Can anyone gimme suggestions for what this should or would cost? (approx.)
1- 22 passenger limo pick up guys at FHs house take them to church, go to Brides house pick up girls take them to church (all in whitestone within a few blocks)
1 - bridal car (not sure what to get, any suggestions?) to pick me up take me to church
then both limos will take us from the church to the RH and thats it....probably need them for 3 hours.
I have no idea what to try to haggle for and no idea what to get for a bridal car....I hate those old fashioned cars

Re: Limo Prices Help
well depends on what type of 22 passenger limo you get, whether its hummer, escalade and so on. For the most part i remember most of them being about $800-900 for 3 hours, then a few can be about $1k or so for 3 hours, depending on the type of limo
for the antique rolls royce cars they were about $400-600 for 3 hours
but make sure you really do need it for just 3 hours. What time is ceremony, how long is your break in between and are you going elsewhere to take pics. I realized in the end i needed it for about 5 hours, the time before ceremony to pick everybody up, during the ceremony then after to take us to take pics then drive to RH.

Re: Limo Prices Help
my church ceremony is at 2 and its an hour, after that we're going straight to Glen Island to take pics outside (inside if it rains), everyone will be in whitestone so I figure if they pick us up at 1:30 (guys first) we'll have plenty of time, the church is not even 5 minutes away from both houses, then they wait outside church and then take us straight to the RH.
if the ceremony lasts an hour it would be over by 3 (hopefully its shorter) and then off to Glen Island, which is about 20-25 minutes away without traffic (hopefully we wont be sitting in bumper to bumper traffic)
Maybe 4 hours would be better just in case.
I want to get either the 22 passenger escalade or navigator but I'm not sure what to get for me and FH bc I dont want to sweat my butt off in an antique car in June.

yeah although i took the rolls to the church, dh and i went on the party bus with our bp after the ceremony which was great.
Do you want a traditional type limo or maybe something a big different. They have the new bentleys and RR but i think theyre very expensive

Which limo Co. did you book with? I might look into a bentley, I dont want a boring regular limo but I dont want something crazy expensive...I'm going to see Camelot tomorrow, not sure if they have the new bentleys

I needed the same thing you did, and I ended up with an Escalade for the Bridal Party and a 1940 Caddy for 3 1/2 hours and a free ride to the airport for our honeymoon. It cost us 1500 for it all. I thought that was really good since everything else is so much more expensive!!

Re: Limo Prices Help
I went with Serenity Limos. We have a Rolls and a Excursion (14 passenger). We are paying 900 including tax and tip for 4 hours. Plus a ride home for me and my FH from the RH as well as a pick up the next morning to the airport for the HM. Very reasonale based on other quotes.

well one person i know spent $2k for the bentley alone. I booked with Royalty but didnt gowith the bentley. Which is funny bc i had a 40-60 passenger party bus with plasmas, vip section, even has a bathroom on the bus, it reminded me of a tour bus hahaha and that cost me just under $2k lol

Yes I figured they would be expensive. I can't believe you got a party bus with all that cool stuff for a cheaper price, that really great!
