I was thinking of having a 20 person limo run guests from the hotel to the hall and back. I would use the same limo this way I would only need to pay for one vehicle. Do you guys think this woulld work? I'm a little worried about people waiting since the limo can only take 20 people at a time (the distance from the hotel to the hall is approximately 9 miles).

A girlfriend of mine rented a bus for the day from a bus company. A nice bus, not a school bus. I know the bus seats more than 20 people.

We rented a shuttle bus to bring people back and forth. It looks like a short luxury bus. It holds about 35 people! And it is so cheap! Good Luck!
