limo question

so we told our parents that we are going to the limo co this past wednesday, royalty, and we booked 2 limos for $1000, good deal, right? right. but then, fmil wanted to add one for her and her husband (fh's dad) and for her father (fh's grandfather) and the other set of grandparents ( all on her side.) am i in the wrong for being upset about this? she wants the limo to pick her up at the house, then take her from the church, then to the SMCC, then back home. W T F??? there is nothing wrong with having a limo pick her up after the reception, i see the convenince there, but for the whole F@^$ing day!!! i asked my parents if they want/need one and my mom & dad both said no, there is no need. please help me before i throw her through a wall!!

Tell her if she wants it, she has to pay for it!! Don't get yourself so upset over it!! Actually, give her the number of the limo company and tell her to book her own limo, under her own contract!!

i think that is what we are going to do, b/c close friends of FH's family are thinking of doing the limo thing too. it just bothers me b/c she wants so much attention, you know. but thanks, i am trying to calm down b/c the wedding is still 22 months away.....

Totally understandable. She sounds like an attention seeker, but don't worry, the only person that will feel like a princess and getting all the attention on your wedding day is YOU!!!!

thanks i am a princess, damn it! i think once the wedding is closer and they know what they are doing, i will give them the limo co's info and she can set it up. thanks again, i feel much better.

Tell her to book her own limo. Better yet, talk to your FH to tell his mom.

hmmmm. i couldn't get another limo for the grandparent..I am getting 3 as is.
In my limos the men go in one limo and the felames go in another
That includes my FH's parents!

definately no need to pay for parents limos.......
i think its kinda messed up if the guys parents are going to have a limo and the girls parents arent........ perhaps your parents would want to go in on the cost of the limo and share it with his parents..... so at least its equal that all parents are in the limo....

thanks ladies, for the overwhelimg response. i knew i wasn't alone in thinking that she is a little out of line. i already told both her and my fh that she needs to give us $$ for whatever limo she wants. i just don't get why she NEEDS the limo in the first place. but thanks again girls.
