For those of you that booked or are in the process of looking for limos how did you go about contacting the companies? Did you use approved vendors from your reception hall or does anyone have any suggestions of limo companies that they have had great experiences with?

I am wondering about this also. Did everyone actually visit the company and look at their cards, or did you rely on word of mouth? TIA!

I think the best way to book a vendor is by word of mouth & checking the Better Business Bureau website...Previous customer's are always the best way to get feedback on the services that they received. Company's will always tell you what you want to hear
It happens that the limo company (Royalty) that FH & I are going to see, are a house vendor for Floral Terrace

A little of both. We had heard good things about Royalty and had seen their cars. When we went to a showcase at the Riviera they were there and were offering additional discounts if you booked them that day, so we did.

I viewed their lines online, and then called them to receive a quote. I have a list of about six/seven limo companies that I see constantly up here. FM me, and I'll send you the list w/quotes.

I agree. We compared based on recommendations and also price was a huge factor.

I am in the process of doing this now. I definitely know who to stay away from. I have read a lot of reviews on this board and unfortunately, some ladies have had really bad experiences with one company in particular. Definitely check the BBB and do a search. I also went to some showcases and looked at the limos, which helped.

I have heard alot about Royalty limo company aloto f people I know have used them and they were really nice and great people to deal with I haven't heard anything bad about them but I couldn't use them cuz the bus wasn't available so I went through the limo company my CH had on the list of vendors I had asked about them The BM had said he actually used them when he got married and has used them quite a bit another vendor that I had spoke to had also used them and said good things about them. When I met with them they were very nice and that put my mind at ease.

My uncle used to work for the limo company I booked (All Star Limos) and spoke very highly of them.
