Limo question

I'm pretty sure i posted this question already but.. i'm having a brain fart and i can't find it either lol.

So..

we are going straight from the church to the RH and will take pics there. (should have about.... 21/2 hours at the hall before cocktail starts)

Who should be with us for this 2 1/2 hours?

FH and I (obv)
BP
Immediate Family

BUT.... should i be having the flower girls and ring bearers w/us at that time too??

Yea, I think they should be...for pictures and stuff...

I am going to ask my FG and RB families to come along/meet us there about an hour earlier than the CH so we can get pictures with them and the entire BP at once

So you don't think it's necessary to have them travel with the bp and stay with us the entire time right?

we are taking pictures before the ceremony and that will be only with the bp.

Nah, I dont think so...Plus the entire BP is going to want to drink in the limo after the ceremony, I wouldnt want my friends daughter and his little cousin to be stuck in the midst of that craziness...As long as the parents can get them there about an hour earlier (or even right after the church, whatever the parents want) I wont mind...

This is what I plan on doing as well, have the family drive over to the pic location in their car with the kiddies for pics.

Depending on their ages, you may not even be allowed to put them in the limos. Under a certain age ( I think 7 or 8) needs a car seat. So if any of the kids are younger (i.e. one of my RB's will be 4 1/2 and my FG will be 2 1/2), they'll have to go in another car with a car seat.

Yes mine are my sisters kids SO they will be there for pictures, but bring something for them to do! When my niece went to her other aunts wedding she throw a tantrum in the CH my poor brother in law, but we took her in the lobby and she played around with us ( grant my sister was in the hospital from having there second child) But once the Dj started playing she was fine. But at mine I will make sure she has somthing to do intill the music startes.
