Hey girls I need some help Do you transport parents in the limos. also do you transport all the groomsmen to the church. Alot of people have been telling me different things and i am confused. My Bridal party is so huge 10 guys and 6 girls and it costs so much to transport this many people. Any ideas greatly apperciated. thanks

Shannon... you do what you want, unless other people are paying for the limo.
With that said, We are paying for a very large limo, where all the family & the briday party will be together in one limo. This way everyone will arrive to church together, to pictures together & to the reception together (FH & I have our own, though) I did it b/c if it snows, I do not want people to panic, also, I do no tneed any extra anxiety if I am missing one person.
The truck limo is picking up FH, his parents, and the entire briday party from my hotel suite.
Mom, brother & myself will already be en route to the church in my bridal limo.
ETA: our briday party is 9 girls & 8 guys, plus his mom, dad & grandmother, plus my grandmother as well... we got a 28 passenger Navigator.

I think to avoid stress on your wedding day....get a limo for the whole BP. Sure it will cost you more money...but I personally would rather pay the money and have the piece of mind that everyone will be where they are supposed to be...when they are supposed to be! Especially with a large BP like your's....knowing my friends, they'd all be late and I'd be freaking out....that's why I'm making my BM stay in a hotel room with me the night before...so I can keep tabs on them!

We got the Limo Bus for the entire bridal party, our parents, and a few extras that we want on there. It holds 36 people. My mom, dad and I will be going in a different car to the church, but after church we are all going on the party bus.
We didn't want any of our bridal party or our parents have to worry about driving home (after drinking) at the end of the night. With the bus, they can all leave their cars home and we will be getting some kind of transportation for everyone to get home or back to the hotel.

I have 6 girls, he has 7 guys and this is what we're doing. We are getting on plain stretch limo to transport me, my dad, and my girls to the church and then that limo is leaving. We got a Hummer (22 passenger) to take FH and his guys to the church, then afterwards it will transport us and the entire bridal party to the reception. That way we're really only paying for one limo.

you have to figure out what is best...are you getting married at the church? you probably want to BP all in the limo after for pics...
if not...you can have the GMs meet you at the hall (we did that...)
my parents did not want a limo...they love their car and like to show it off...lol
I did take my BMs to the hall...and they found rides home (but that happens usually anyway)

you do what is best for you... for the bridal party you can have the limo go early to fiances place pick up all the guys and drop them off..then come pick you up... im not getting my parents a limo, if they want one they can book one..

We're still kinda working out the kinks re: transporting parents. We've got 14 BP members, includ. kids. We got an 18 passenger Escalade limo & a Daimler limo (4 seater).
The Escalade will pick up the guys & FH's mom at the hotel, take them to the church. Then it will come to my house to pick up the girls & I'll ride in the Daimler. After the ceremony, the entire BP will get into the Escalade & FH & I will get into the Daimler. There's still room in the Escalade for those who we may have left out. My mom plans to drive her own car.

For my wedding, we had a bus pick the guys up and brought them to the church...then, that same bus picked up the girls and brought them to the church. We also had limos for each set of parents.
