Limo question

For those who had a relatively big wedding party, who went in what car? By that I mean did your entire wedding party go in one big party bus? Did your husband's parents and your parents ride in a car together or go separately? Basically, what was your transportation like the day of?

I'm in the midst of figuring this stuff out so I'm curious what others did.

Limo question

We have a pretty big bridal party (14 not including FH and I) we got a party bus that will pick up the guys then we'll do the reveal where I am getting ready and all get in the bus to do pics and go the the venue. My parents have a lot of out of town family staying with them so they got a shuttle can to pick them up and drop them off. We let all of our other family members fend for themselves as to how they will get there.

Re: Limo question

I didn't want a bus. We had 13 people in our bridal party.

We got a 20 pass Hummer for 3 hours. It picked up the guys and my husbands parents, dropped them off at the church. It them picked up me, my girls and my parents and brought us to the church.
After mass the bridal party and 3 other people got in the limo.

Our parents we got a town car for pick-up/drop-off.

We got a classic car for two hours. We wanted them to stay on site for pictures. It was nice and relaxing to be alone with my husband and just take in the moment.

Limo question - Long Island Weddings

FH and I didn't want a party bus. We have 27 people in our bridal party plus us and parents. We wound up getting a 20 passenger SUV for the guys and an 18 passenger limo for the girls. FH's parents will ride with the guys and my mother will ride with the girls to the church. They will probably ride that way to the RH also and FH and I will be in our antique car.

Re: Limo question

I had an antique car for my husband and I, wedding party (15 people) went in party bus, parents shared a stretch limo. Your best bet is to find a limo company and they will be able to suggest the best way to do everything. I used Lancelot and they were fabulous.

Limo question - Long Island Weddings

I got a Limo bus because I have been in weddings where it was a 10 passenger limo and we were only 8 people and it was really tight. The bus fit everyone comfortably. My mom and dad came witih us and my MIL didn't want to but we convinced her to. The best part of the whole ride was her swinging champagne right out of the bottle! (she's 76 years old!)
