So I met with my first Limo company yesterday. He is a friend of a friend and said he is cutting corners and helping us out. I was just wondering if you ladies think this is a good price.
We are getting 2 10-passenger limos that will pick us up in 2 different locations, take us to the Vanderbilt Museum for pics and then to the RH. We will also be getting a 40 passenger Limo Bus to pick up hotel guests. He is also throwing in a town car for either FH and I to take back to the hotel or to bring my mom home. He quoted us $2000 for the 2 limos and limo bus and that includes gratuity. Does that sound good???
I'm debating calling other places just to see, but he said he is doing us a favor and I feel bad using a friends name and then not using him, but if it isn't really saving us money...ya know! TIA!!!

I am unable to compare simpky because we got very different things...but I don't think it can hurt to just check out 1 or 2 maore place som you are better able to compare...sorry I cannot be of more help

Well - I got a very different package than you, but I'm getting the 32 passenger limobus and a rolls royce for 3 hours, and then a 10 passenger Lincoln to take the parents / gmas from the church to the reception. With gratuity its costing us just under $1600. Not sure what the price difference is on the 40 passenger vs. the 32 passenger, but I guess it doesn't sound too far off. No harm in looking around though!

really not sure your best best is to go other places and ask for the exact same thing and see what they quote you

Not sure how much the bus would cost - I was looking for limo for about 18 people and I was quoted close to $1,200 for 2 10 passenger limo's for 3 or 4 hours. I ended up getting a 20 passenger stretched SUV thing for $750 for 3 hours. This was my cheapest option for transporting that many people.
