One offered a LOW price, but said + 20% service fee. I asked if this was the gratuity and they said 'gratuity is at your discretion'. If i add 20% for svc AND 20% for gratuity, it is no longer cheaper than the next guy.
This weird style quote was Elegant Limo- anyone know what this means or have you used them and did you tip in addition?

Sounds like it is their way of making people think that they have good prices. I would think that you would still have to tip the driver as well.
I spoke to them too and even though they had good prices, they just rubbed me the wrong way. I would take those prices and call around. A lot of places will price match.

legend limos does the same thing, but i always get great quotes from them even after adding the tip in...the svc fee basically is the gas, stocking of alcohol fees, etc...the driver does not get tipped out of that money...i usually tip 18%

I booked with Cruise Control for Drop off at Reception and Sir Oliver to pick us up and both companies added the gratuity in their prices if you want to add an extra tip it is in your discretion.
