Is it possible to get limos for a catholic wedding behing held at a church location and then bringing BP to reception at another locations for under $2K?

absolutely! try Double Diamond Limo's they are in Brooklyn and Long Island but mine came out to less than that!

If that's the question..my answer is YES.
I'm paying 950 for a crysler and rolls royce.

Absolutely!
We have a small BP so we are getting one stretch limo and a princess rolls from Camelot for under $900.
It's more with the bigger cars, like if you needed an escalade, but I can't see it being over $2K
