LIMO RANT! (long but plz read)

the limo company we were going to go with is TOTALLY off our list now! here's why!

our first appt with them went GREAT! fh met with the owner, got a great quote for just the cars we wanted for the times we needed. everything seemed awesome! well i guess it was too good to be true....

so i called up the limo company, spoke to the owner and set up an appointment with them to see the specific cars we wanted (a 20 person escalade and an antique). i told him that if i liked what i saw, i'd book there and then. i was told the cars would be there at 2:30. so i drove 45 MINUTES to get to their office (their cars are kept at a seperate place closer to home but we were told that we had to book them at their office...) and when i got there, it turns out they had the wrong antique! they had a bentley and NOT my princess rolls royce. they look COMPLETELY different, and he made it seem as though this is what i had originally asked for... um NO because FH and i have been set on the same car since we started thinking about limos....no way i asked for a bently......

so i told him i was disappointed and we went back inside the office. now my FH (he works in the area) shows up at the office to meet me for the appointment. he can tell at this point i'm PISSED. to make matters worse, the 20 passenger isnt even THERE. and we're told over and over, 'oh he'll be here in 5 mins.....2 mins....'.....well we waited from 2:30 til we walked out at 3:15...the limo never showed!!!!

so the owner was very apologetic, saying he was going to take care of us with the price and bring the correct cars to US, and that he'd give us a call the next day.....well we waited a week and a half and NEVER heard from him!!! so after that time passed, FH called up the RH and explained the situation with them because they're the ones reccommending them. our BM was very apologetic as well and got in touch with the limo co. to find out whats going on. he ended up allowing the limo co. to bring the cars to the RH for an appointment the following week so it's close to where we live. ....we still never heard from the owner of the limo co.!!!

so just last night FH and i get to the RH to see the cars and tadaaaaaa there's the 20 pass. but still NO ROLLS ROYCE! 'wheres the antique?' 'oh....we didnt know we were supposed to bring that one here....' the guy that brought the limos to the RH is the same guy who showed me the mistake Bentley in the 1st place so he KNEW i never got to see the antique. so now i'm BEYOND PISSED! we go into the office to see what he can do for us because i'm insisting that they write us out a new BETTER quote. so he tells us he'lll take $100 off...thats it. FH and i were like, AND WHAT ELSE??? the guy was saying that we just had to work with him because if he lowered it any more he'd end up losing $$......i was like, i worked with u 2x and got screwed buddy! so if ur not lowering the price anymore, u should def be adding things ON for us....like % off if we book for a bachelorette party....airport service...end of the night pick up ....? he didnt add anything else on! we couldnt believe it! did they not want the business or what????

FH and i ended up getting fed up with him so we just had him write the new quote down for us. needless to say, we're not going with them. how could we trust the company now??? so we're just going to bring the new quote to some other companies and see if they'll compete with it.

i can't believe how poorly we were treated by this company, and i just hope none of u are treated this way by them...i wont say their name but FM me if u want the info.
