Limo size?

Limo size?

There are 10 of us total in the bridal party - 4 BM, 4 GM, me and FH. Most limo companies I've talked to said we could get a 10-passenger limo, but I just spoke to Sir Oliver and they said we should go with a 12/14-passenger.

What do you think? What did you book?

i wouldnt trust a 10 person limo to be big enough especially with all that dress!!

i dont think a 10 person is comfortable for 10 ppl even without all that dress!

I agree. You should also check what they consider a 10 passenger. Sometimes limo companies count the driver and and the front passenger as part of that 10 so in reality only 8 would fit in the back.

I agree....always go to the next size up.

We will have 14 and we went for a 20 passenger (b/c some of the guys are kinda big and I have a lot of dress )

i WOULD GO the next size up as well..I think we have 15 plus two little tots and got a hummer...much to my parents chagrin!

You want at least a 12 passenger limo, but more realistically a 14 passenger limo. 10 passenger limo = 8 in the back + 2 up front (including the driver). A 12 passenger will fit 10 in the back, but not comfortably with big dresses on. I'd go with the 14 passenger.

Better yet, go look at the limos yourself. We have a 20 passenger SUV for 14 people (FH and I got an antique car), and I actually think with dresses and all, it'll wind up being the perfect size for 14 people, not 20...

I would get the next size up...12 passenger for 10 people.

i say go with the bigger one since the passenger count usually includes the 2 driver's seat and front passenger seat. so since they're saying it hold 10, it really only holds 8 in back and 2 in the front. we got the 22 passenger escalade for our BP which is 16 people. i figured 2 seats are counted as the front so then that leaves 20. Then my dress needs 2, so then we're down to 18 for the other 15 people in the car.

You'd also be suprised how many fit in a limo that says its for 20 passengers... Even assuming 2 up front and 18 in the back, it really only comfortably seats about 15 people who are dressed up.

i only have 6 people in the bridal party total. but, i went with the 20 passenger escalade and the rolls bridal car. this way there will be PLENTY of room

i dont see how they think 10-12 people can fit into a 10-12 passenger? maybe if they were all 90 pounds.
