limo tipping questions

Here's what we have limo-wise:
-navigator picking up boys, bringing them to church; navigator coming to my house bringing the girls to the church; navigator brings bridal party to the RH
-'47 Caddy picking up me and my parents bringing us to church; Caddy brings me and DH to RH

What's the appropriate tips for those 2 drivers? should the navigator driver get a little more since he's doing more driving? Would $75/$50 be okay, or should it be $100/$75? what have you ladies done?

After the reception, we have a driver bringing me and DH to our house. How much do we tip for a one-way trip like that?

And then we have the limo company bringing us from Massapequa to JFK for the HM and then vice-versa. How much do we tip for each trip for that?

Our limo contract already has a 30% tip included. We have mine and FH antique car and a hummer suv for the BP. We are probably going to tip a little extra but not much since its already included. I guess its up to you and how the service is on your wedding day. I would tip $75 each for the 2 main drivers. Then maybe $25-$50 for the other two trips you mentioned
