I rented one for non wedding purposes from A-1 van rental in Bluepoint. It was a 2002 model and very clean. I know you were looking for a limo company, but its an option. Good luck

Royalty in Franklin Square has a small van ... they're a big company w/lots of other limo options. We booked Camelot in Valley Stream ... smaller company but much nicer & willing to put a package together for us. They have a 14 & 28 pass minibus ... greyhound style ... all seats facing forward. They were reasonably priced - $65 for 3 hours + grat. for the small bus. We didn't want a van b/c they are a pain to climb into in formal attire.
