My Fh and I are pricing limos for taking us from the caterers home to drop off our gifts and change and then into NYC, we have been pricing limos, Alexis limos quoted us almost 600.oo for 3 hours and Royalty limos quoted us 225.00 for the same limo, I checked them both with the BBB, and they are in good standing, however does anyone know about Royalty limos? I am so confused as of what to go with. HELP!!!

Do you have the phone number?
I remember you posted before that you got a quote from Alexis for the excalibur. Is the quote for the same limo from Royalty? That is pretty darn good! Did they include any extras? I am trying to avoid paying additional for the runner and drinks in the limo...

I am going there this afternoon, they are in Franklin Square, the web page is www.royaltylimo.com, I will report back later and let you know. My FH and I called the man, Mike, yesterday and he seemed very nice, and accomadating to us, he was very open about the limos and did not seem like he wanted to hide anything .

Is Royalty located on Franklin Ave?
I think I know where it is, I pass by the location all the time. I believe they also rent tux's, am I wrong about this?
In any case, please post details of your visit.
FH's only decision besides the tux's are the limos and I know he doesn't want anything of the ordinary. But I have to bargain the rates b/c if it was up to Carl, we would be paying full price on everything!
Thanks for the info in advance.

We went to Royalty limos and I think we are going to use them. They were friendly, and accomatating. We spoke with Elaine - the owners wife and also all the workers were nicely dressed, and clean shaven. I asked about the one complaint that was with the BBB, and it was a billing dispute for overtime fees, so 1 complaint in 36 months did not alarm me. We are probably going to go with the Damlier, we are only using them for after the wedding, to go from Chateau Briand into NYC. They quoted us 275.00 for 2 hours. Mike the owner who was busy said that he would throw in the extra hour to make it 3 hours, after the tip it would be 300.00. Not too bad, Alexis limos quoted us almost 600.00. I liked the idea that they kept the cars up to date, they were putting new brakes on one of the cars while we were there. They are located on Franklin Ave. in Franklin Square. They also said they woukld throw in Champagne and a red carpet when we got to our destination.

I went to Royalty today also, met with Charlie who was a little over the top, but friendly enough. We were quoted $750 for three hours for the lincoln navigator and $850 for the excalibur, both of which are SUV''s. We are strongly considering the party bus though which is 900 for 3 hours, it looks like fun and it'' s different. He also said champ. and liquor was included, there was a balloon launch and they would throw in red carpet as well. The runner and putting it down as well as assisting with the bride/groom at the church and all that are included. I think we will prob. go with them. They have a 14 pass. van for $150 for three hours which we will get for our hotel guests to get back and forth and he said they would send that van back at the end of the night instead of a town car to take everyone back to the hotel. A car to the airport will be extra, bc they either include the car at the end of the night or the one to the airport, not both. If anyone has any other party bus prices/locations in nassau, let me know, please. I also liked the idea that they are right in Franklin Square bc won''t have to worry about traffic/accidents and them being late since we are local to there. Hope this helps!

hmmm, I think I was there around 2 (we had walked over from the fair down the block) - but I don't remember talking to any woman, we were in the tux place for a few minutes and then went outside and dealt with Charlie, grey hair, kind of boisterous....but we were there at about the same time, small world!

We were talking to the lady and you were talking to the man. It is a small world. They recomended PRO-Line studios , did you ever hear of them? do you have any opinions on them? We were going to see them and could not get over because of the street fair, so we are going there next weekend. How were the tux's there? MY FH is from Brooklyn so most of the ushers are in the city and I thought it might be convieient to go there.
