I know most of you are going to have limos, but with the way the economy is I'm thinking about not having them. I think that it would be a good way to save some money. Do you think that it is ok to not have limos and just drive to the church and rh. I obviously will not drive myself, but I was thinking everyone will need to find rides home after the reception any way so if they just took their own cars for the whole day would it be that bad? I would appreciate any opinions so that I can make a good decision. Thanks ladies!

Re: Limos
I know what you mean... the more money you can save the better. I haven't even thought of that BUT it is a place where you can definitely save.

Re: Limos
I think you should have limos exp because people will be drinking and your BP wont have to worry about anything. I understand saving the $ exp when we are all on a budget but I dont think no limo is the right choice. maybe go with a less fancy limo or town cars?? but I think it is our responsability to provide transportation for our BP JMHO

Agreed. My father is a little nervous about business and we were just discussing things we could cut down a bit to save costs, but limos are one place I don't want to cut in todays DUI obsessed world. In fact I want to have one ready to take my parents home from the rh and I am definitely getting buses to the hotel.

If you know someone with a nice car- either classic or luxury, use them!
