Limos

Limos

I need to now book a limo.

I wanted 2 12 passenger limos for the bridal party (with my family in it) and for the grooms party and his family to the church.

Then from the church I wanted one of those 12 passenger limos to take both families of bride and groom and then one big limo like an escalade for the entire combined wedding party, the bride and groom.....to pictures near by and then the reception.

Do I release the cars from there? Do people usually get the bridal/grooms party limo service home?

Also, does anyone know how much that should cost?

Any referrals on Limo Companies that are reliable with nice cars?

Help!

Thanks!

We searched all over for a bus, but I did get prices on limos too.. We booked with Red Carpet and honestly, I am so relieved! Joey was GREAT!

I'd also suggest Joe at Camelot and you should try transexec in deer park.

I agree!

We got a 31 person party bus on the way there and a 14 passenger van on the way home.

Designer Limos - speak to Chris - they have so many to choose from and seriously HOT ones!

I would suggest getting travel back to a specific location for your family and bridal party... otherwise, who's going to pick them up at 1am from your wedding? You can hire a separate limo/bus to come pick you all up after the reception... there is no reason to pay for 8 hours of extra service for nothing.

I third Joe from Camelot!! Super freindly and excellent customer service/history above all. Joe is nothing short of awesome!!! Seriously - easy going and great communication (super important when it comes to vendors). They truly care about catering to you on your wedding day - when we sat down with joe - he literally maped out our day from start to finish. He was completley honest about pricing (which is great btw) and worked with our budget and vision in mind - he even reccomended a cost saving option (so appreciated)!! Like with all my other vendors - I chose 5 limo companies out of top ten to meet with (budget and service concious). Camelot did'nt provide us with any packages because they didn't have to!! They didnt need to do any price slashing or 'this is what we offer but heres what we'll give you' they sought what we needed and worked a package to suit us - keeping our wants and needs at the forefront and price concious too. We were amazed by the level of attention and rapport we established when meeting with camelot. Def look into meeting them - you wont regret it

Ps. Similar to your requests...we got an infiniti 22 passenger for our bridal party and a shadow limo (8-10 passenger) for the parents. The 8-10 passenger will pick up the groom and his party to go to church. The Infiniti is picking-up me and my party. Afterwards we all pile into the infiniti and the grooms limo becomes the transport for the parents to the picture site and then reception. The cars are released after the drop-off at reception hall. The new infiniti they got is ridonculous!! The sound system is off the hook and the floors light up - it is unlike anything I have ever seen - total wow and the pricing made us have to have it now!! Okay so I said the last part to rhyme but we booked it didnt we ;) hahaha!!! What I did for the end of the wedding was add a re-pick (antique car) as the getaway car at the end of our evening (see commentary below) but Camelot did also include a ride to the airport for our honeymoon!!! Normally depending on the type of cars you use/ proximity to location/ hours of service this can range anywhere between $1,200-$1600 inc. taxes and sometimes gratuity. Another bonus/ incentive for you to see them ~ they are located in New Hyde Park - so that should def save you regarding cost not to mention convenience!!!!!!

I also have to say another vendor to look into is SIr Oliver Limos - really friendly, honest and all around good service. You wont be dissapointed!! We actually had to book a special service with them - and they were highyl reccomend by all the vendors I met with - which was surprising because they're the competition - which just speaks volumes about their reputation. Very acoomodating and they seek to make their couples happy by providing outstanding service. Richie was so personable, easy to speak to and went out of his way to accomodate our request in accordance with Camelot - which can't be said for most. I was seriously impressed with how they run things as far as business and making their customers happy!! I hope this helps.

I met with 3 other limo vendors - happy to send you an fm. Let me know.

Edit* Ps. and Pic
