Limousines

Can anyone help with limousine companies?

What did the dealership do? Are they paying your medical bills? That's clear negligence. You would have grounds to sue - and if you're not interested in going that route, at the very least, I'd tell the manager you are willing to forgo legal if they give you the car at below cost....

Do you need to do any sort of hand therapy to gain mobility back? I certainly hope you're feeling somewhat better. I can't even being to imagine the pain that you're in......

I used Designer Limos and was very pleased. I found their rates to be competitive and they have all new cars.

Is there anyone out there that can give me more information on limousines. I would really like some imput. Since it is up to them to get me to the church on time. Please help. I want limousines that are nice, but a company that is dependable.

Hi Kate,

Thanks for your response. I was afraid that you were talking about Adriennes! I hope I don't run into any probles; they seemed very nice and the place is beautiful, but I didn't find my gown until 8 months before my wedding, so I am concerned about their timing. Plus, I couldn't find the gown of my dreams, so I fell in love with the bottom of one, and she's going to make special poet sleeves and re-shape the neckline for me - I just hope they don't try to pull a fast one! I had heard one other complaint about Adrienne's, with regard to timing, but I felt like they cared about my dress as much as I did, so I ignored it! I guess I should call and check - I'm getting married in November, and I ordered the dress in Feb. How long did your gown take to come in? They told me 6-8 months, and I really only had 8 1/2 months, so I told her I need it in 6 for sure, especially so they could do my alterations! I feel like time is slipping away from me !!! I'm glad everything turned out OK, I will keep on top of them now for sure!! I also fit the sample gown I tried on.... Thanks again! Becky

Concetta - thanks for your help, I will look them up and check them out.

Brenda, you're not alone. If I had it to do over I would definately elope as well. If you are paying for your wedding, or not, it is your wedding, nobody else's, and you should do only what you want to do. The bride's maid who is pressuring you probably did just what she wanted to do when she got married, or will do just what she wants to do when she gets married. Stick by your decision.

Go to www.visitaruba.com and look at the trip reports and bulletin board and you will find out TONS AND TONS of information about hotels, weather, things to do. People on the BB RAVE about Aruba and got me so excited to go!!!
