Lindenwood
Hi Ladies,
My fiance and I have been searching for a co-op on mlsli, craigslist and realtor.com. We went to look at 3 yesterday. We really liked one in little neck but it takes the board a really long time to approve you. We worry that if we give an offer and aren't approved that we aren't going to have anywhere to go once we are married....so I started looking for a backup
There are a few places that look really nice in Lindenwood which is a section of Howard Beach. Does anyone on here know anything about Lindenwood? Is it a safe neighborhood? I know there is a lot to do and it looked pretty safe when we went to look at an apartment there, but I don't know enough about it to make a decision.
Anything you know would help a lot!!!
