Re: Lindt and ribbons
there's a wide selection of lindt chocolates at fairway supermarket in plainview, and their prices are quite reasonable..... you may even be able to ask them to order them in bulk, since they're favors....

Re: Lindt and ribbons
The Lindt outlets in the Source Mall and Riverhead Tanger sometimes do 'warehouse' clearances and you can get good prices. they just did 12 bars for $12 but you never know what flavor chocolates they may have. They have the truffles on sale by the pound - - I think maybe 3.99. So you might want to visit those locations if convenient for you. (Roosevelt field one usually doesn't do warehouse sales - - only the other 2).
If you don't mind buying candy from past holidays the prices are better: just picked up 'snowmen' truffles about 50 in bag for $4.50. - - if you can wait til next July that would be cute for Dec wedding. The chocolate will lasts quite a few months and still taste terrific so I don't think you need worry about getting 2007 for 2008. HTH

Re: Lindt and ribbons
I bought my chocolates from the outlet in Riverhead. I used the coupon that came in the book and saved even more $$. As for the ribbons, I just purchased plain red satin ribbon from papermart.com.
I have pictures in my album.

I bought mine at the store in the Source Mall. I got away with a huge deal!!! They had the heart shaped Truffles left over from V-Day and I got 2 cases for 70% off
