Do you have any ideas of what I could do with them to make favors? Also, What do I do to keep them fresh till August?
I bought them last week. I am leaving them in an air conditioned room at work (68 degrees) because I have to wrap them this week. Then, I'm going to bring them back to work until the 18th, which is when I have to bring them to the hall. So, if my wedding was in August, I would leave the choclates with the store until a few days before. We are putting 3 individually wrapped in a white organza bag, tying it with personalized ribbon and curly ribbon in my colors. You can also wrap them in tulle or in boxes. Mine came out to $1.90 each for truffles, bags, 2 ribbons.

Hi, I want to put them in some type of glass too. WHere did you get the wine glasses and how much did they cost?
I got them last week too at the outlet store. I've ordered Organza tube ribbon (from Paper Mart Packaging Store on line) to make organza bags and then tie with ribbon. I'm going to keep them in the basement wrapped in plastic containers. I just don't know how many to put in each bag.
Make sure you have a good, reliable A/C system!!! I trusted a very expensive system here at work (used for computer servers), and the room was 90 degrees this weekend and they melted. I guess it's just bad luck!
