ABC Family channel has been playing lots of things...Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Year without a santa, etc. I saw part of A Christmas Story once so far - that part with the rabbit outfit...LOLOLOL
Since they play for 24 hours straight on 12/25 I think they lay off a little during the month.
TVGUide.com should give you the low down.

Re: Lineup of Christmas/Holiday TV shows?
A Christmas Story was on Thanksgiving Day this year at 8 pm. I missed most of it though.
I'm looking for It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, and A Christmas Carol (with Alister Sim). I know they're oldies, but I grew up watching them, and I really love watching them every year.
I also like the newer Christmas Carol with Patrick Stewart.
Where are all the good MOVIES!!

A Christmas Carol with Patrick Stewart was on over the weekend I think.

So far I've only seen National Lampoon's Christmas! Did you hear they're airing a sequel this weekend I think? Looks kinda stupid though...
all the good oldies seem to be on ABC - go figure, it's the one channel I rarely watch!

Not regular ABC though - ABC Family. In queens it's channel 14 or 16.

I'm dying to see It's a Wonderful Life JUST ONCE this year! We have the DVD, but it's buried somewhere in the boxes we have yet to unpack!

Its a Wonderful Life was on SAturday night...along with White Christmas.
also I noticed that it had 4 stars on my cable description...but I thought it bombed when it came out...who gives these stars out and can you change them?

Re: Lineup of Christmas/Holiday TV shows?
Critics give them out.
In fact years ago Roadhouse - the really bad Patrick Swayze movie where he played a bouncer got zero stars at first. The next week No Holds Barred - the Hulk Hogan wrestling movie came out and was so bad one critic gave Roadhouse a half a star because nothing could be worse then the Hulk Hogan movie
