Personally I like Frederick's - I bought my wedding day thigh highs from them and they were great! They stayed up all day and all night!

La Senza in the Roosevelt Field Mall - also have a nice online selection with free shipping on orders over $39

I think the quality of their stuff is really good and I find myself wearing the stuff I have from them over my victorias secret stuff.
