Lips and Lucky Cheng's are pretty much the same thing to there's mixed views on who has the prettiest 'girls.' I prefer Lips but it's pretty much the same I think...

Yes both are cross-dressing places. I have only been to Lips for a birthday party and it was a lot of fun.
