Liquid Fast... .

has anyone done a liquid fast before?

if so, how long did you do it? what was your reason for doing a liquid fast? did you lose weight?

please share your experience..

My friend went on a liquid fast a few weeks ago before her gastric surgery. She lost like 15 pounds in 2 weeks. I am starting it tomorrow. I really need to drop 30 pounds.

I heard that its just water weight you lose and that when eat food again you gain it all back! But I never did it so I don't know for sure.

ahh i never have!! i dont think its the best idea unless your doing it like for an event or something bc the weight will just come back..

i wasnt doing it for weight loss.. just a cleanse for my body since im usually not hungry anymore because im on the run all the time or have stuffed my face so fast that i wake up full

i just wanted to cleanse and do a spring cleanin within ..

i might order the Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer

I did a liquid fast a week and a half before surgery. I lost 7 lbs.

Also I've done the master cleanse diet before *spicy lemonade diet* (just to detox and clean myself out) and I lose 10lbs in a week.
