List for Maitre d'

My RH wants me to make a list for the Maitre d' . I'm really lost as to what to put on this list.

They had suggested telling them where I want my memorial pictures laid out, etc.

Has anyone done this?? HELP!!

Everyone has to do this.

You'll make a list of where exactly you want everything set up at the reception site. For example:

Menus (120 in total) - place at each setting
Favors (120 in total) - place at each other setting
Pictures of Grandparents - place at placecard table
Cardbox - place behind bride & groom's table

Etc...

It's literally an 'inventory' list of what you want your reception site to set up.

Really..when my friend got married at Leonards, the MD, didn't ask for any list...hmmm..let me ask my RH to chk..but I think writing out this list will make things go smoothly...Thanks alot

Yup, what Chrissy said. Except I listed the favors differently. I put:

Table 1: 5 favors
Table 2: 7 favors
Table 3: 6 favors
etc.

I did it this way since not everyone brought a guest and I also had kids at my wedding, they got their own sets of favors.

Also on the list:
Bathroom baskets: One in each bathroom, make sure women's goes in women's room.
Slipper Basket: In front of DJ booth
Cigars: On bar

Otherwise they might not interpret your vision the way you see it.
