not far from surrey, we are a little more north--- we have had bites in the begining, but the first lady we accepted later ended up backing out(husband past away and still hadnt sold her own house) and at that point the back up bidder was already under contract on another house im starting to think it needs to go on MLS to get better advertising instead of Newsday
