Little kids at xmas time.................

They can be sooo cute but they can be soooo annoying. I have a 10 year old nephew, he is my world, I treat him like he is my own child. I bought him like 20 things for xmas. He went around the house to find gifts and he did find them (stupid me didnt wrap them) and he calls me up and says Anti A, do you think Im 6 years old I dont like these game . I got him spider man pinball, deal or no deal sooo many things. That little stinker. He said he like deal or no deal but I really bought it so I can play with it .

Then he goes and finds 2 gifts that are wrapped. He tells me I found the video games and I opened them. He made me tell him the name of the games , but he tricked me, he didnt open them. KIDS are sooooooo damnn smart these days. THey can outsmart most adults, like me

Do the kids in your famiies get disappointed when they get something they dont want? I told my nephew Im going to give all his toys to the needy kids that dont have anything!!!!!

i don't have little kids in my family, the little ones i always bought for are 20 and 21 now lol

we'll buy our RB something, but hes 2 so hes fine with whatever we get him lol...I would buy our FG something but shes away for a month visiting family overseas with her mom

lol....my sister who is an ADULT does that and I hate it....'what the hell am i gonna do with this'

Thats so funny!!!!!

What makes me a bit sad, is that since my boys are getting older, their gifts now are smaller packages like electronics things, video games dvds and what not .....so its sad to have these little boxes under the tree. I remember when they were smaller and their toys were bigger and they would fill up the tree.
If only the gifts were less expensive but they are smaller yet more expensive...go figure!!

my brother is 12 and he gets upset when he doesnt get a lot. We told him this year tht since my parents got him a computer- hes not getting a lot of other stuff.

We got him agame store GC so he can get what he wants and not complain about sh!t!!

Its definitely rude, but they are still learning.

My nephew is 3 and is just excited there is a tree in the house..a few more years and he will get a bit bratty

Last year my niece REALLY wanted this stupid doll that talked to you and knew your name and remembered stuff about you. It was $80 so I spent the cash and got it for her. She would NOT stop talking about it for months before Christmas so I was so excited to give it to her on Christmas.

So after an hour of taking it out of the box and putting batteries in it. . . we turn it on and it says Hello and. . .

she is TERRIFIED of it - cried hysterically for the rest of the day and wouldnt even let my sister bring it home with her!

after about three months ONLY AFTER we took out the batteries, she let it come home with her
