OPEN LETTER Ladies, I have read all the thank you's and how much you appreciate all the vendors that advertise on LI weddings for their contribution to your fun nite at the GTG.
It is my hope this will translate into BRIDES using or calling the advertisers that supported the 1st and 2nd GTG fun nite. It is my experience that you do not make these inquiries.

Re: Little Pushy
What was his contribution?? The vendors that do good work does not have to say anything, b/c their work self itself.

Re: Little Pushy
Little Pushy? I think that is a lot pushy and very condescending. Giving away a prize doesn't mean that ten of us need to book that vendor.
Crossing that company off my list.

Re: Little Pushy
I think a lot of ladies on here would go with a vendor on here that are known by many than an unknown, so his comment about us not making calls/inquiry is very untrue

Re: Little Pushy
True Shamma I jsut thought the comment was uncalled for.
Its like giving someone a gift jsut because you respected their friendship and being mad because they did not thank you enough.

Re: Little Pushy
Jen, when I said he must be new, I meant new to us and the vendors we usually choose

Re: Little Pushy
I also think that he might remember a little stat that anyone who took marketing 101 would know. If one person is happy with a service/company they tell 1-3 people but if someone is dissatisfied with a service/company they tell 10, he just made a pretty large marketing mistake by posting that comment. Because his company gave something away at a get together that I was not a part of, was I supposed to call him and book them the next day? If so, I did not get that memo!
