Okay, you now need to have a profile set up to use the live chat. If your connection is terminated in the middle of a chat (get booted as you call it) you`ll need to wait 25 seconds to log back in. Forgot to mention - we added two private rooms!
Is there a way to switch to a private room after you've already signed in and are in the main room, or do you have to log off and switch by going back to the sign-in screen?
For right now you need to log off. We are working on completely changing the way the Live Chat works. If you recall it was only three days after the request for a Live Chat that we programmed and implimented what is there now. Not bad! :o) So, we will have all the bells and whistles soon.
